As we welcome 2022, let’s join together for a peaceful morning of walking at the beautiful Bailey Tract. Together we will explore the concept of mindfulness, consider the various physical & mental benefits of time spent in nature, and take a mindful hike around Ani Marsh. Using our senses and various mindfulness exercises, we will connect to ourselves and the peace of the present moment. We will set an intention for the new year or whatever else resonates in the moment.
