Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is hosting an extravagant holiday buffet at Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen. The menu will feature several gourmet salad selections and a variety of artesian cheese and cured meats. Diners can enjoy fresh seafood including smoked trout, poached cocktail shrimp, oysters, crab claws, assorted maki and nigiri sushi, and a poke station where guests can customize their own bowl with tuna, salmon, and pulled smoked chicken. The meal will feature a carving station with slow-roasted beef ribeye, a Christmas country ham, and a dried fruit stuffed turkey breast served with a classic sausage stuffing. Additional options including a vegetarian stir-fry station, a portobello bisque, and a ravioli station with butternut squash ravioli, lobster ravioli, and sweet corn ravioli. A dessert station will also be available and will include everything from warm sticky toffee pudding and cannoli to a hazelnut chocolate mousse cake and an assortment of Christmas cookies. The meal is $125 for adults and $60 for children between the ages of five and 12. Children four years and younger dine free.
