• O’Brien Martini: Western Son Vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumbers and rosemary garnish
• Irish Trashcan: vodka, rum, gin, peach schnapps, blue curacao and an energy drink
• Dublin Mule: Jameson Orange Whiskey, sour mix, bitters, lime juice and ginger beer
• Long Island Leprechaun: Jameson Irish Whiskey, peach schnapps, sour mix, bitters and Sprite
• Hippie Irishman: Malibu, Captain Morgan, Midori, pineapple and blue curacao
